November Dinner Meeting
OK, here's a spot to post your pot luck menu items and let us know you're coming!

The November dinner meeting is the time where we set the transmitters down for a minute or two and get a chance to meet some of the great people behind the pilots. Typically people will bring their spouses or significant others and its a great chance to get to know a little more about who you are flying with! For those that missed the calendar entry, and/or newsletter, this year's meeting starts around 5:30 for cocktails (BYOB, we'll provide water/ice). Dinner will be around 6pm and our annual meeting will begin around 7. At the meeting we will Hold officer elections for 2011, as well as vote on any By-Law changes like the proposed Member Dues adjustment. Also feel free to bring any projects you are working on, or are planning to work on over the winter to discuss after the meeting.

Please post if you are coming, even if you are still undecided on your dish (you can edit your post, or add a new post later)
Also If you can not make it, and want to submit an absentee ballot for office elections, email Al, our club president, directly with your vote. Currently we only have one candidate per officer position, but if you wanted to nominate someone else, you could write that in, and your nomination will be made at the meeting, along with casting your vote for that person.

I'll come and prepare some kind of dessert, maybe apple strudel :-).

My wife and I will be there. What is the usual pot luck kind of stuff? Also, we might be able to use a conference room at my work to hold it at, or do we have a nice spot yet?
